I went 3 times for the happy hour which has 1/2 price appetizers. The white sangria was excellent. The service great, food to die for and the owner really knows how to run a restaurant. My family and I stopped in to Embargo yesterday and loved the tappas and sangria. Had several dishes, 2-3 per person. This was way too much as their portions are large as far as tappas go. The best was the short ribs w/mashed potatoes, (weird but good) and the fries and Kobe sliders are to die for!
