Review by hankb for Land Ho! Bar and Restaurant

Food is always great--waitservive was not tonight. Someone named Kelly waaited on me. I ordered a chardonnay which I think had turned. Drank a little and ordered a pinot grigio. She didn't take the chardonnay away but never asked why I didn't drink it. I guess I should have stood up and yelled this wine is sour, but that's not my style. She never asked if I liked my meal--just slapped a bill in front of me. I paid for both glasses of wine but decided she only gets a 10 % trip. An experioenced waitress would have seen I didn't like and asked if I wanted something else. You're probably thinking it just isn't that kind of place. But you should go when Alyssa is there. She will probably remember what youy had last time and your special requests. I'm not coming back unless Alyssa is there.
