I was at 'Pie in the Sky' Bakery yesterday and was extremely impressed by the delicious food and the gracious staff..... especially the owner, Erik Gura. I had the most delicious tomato bisque and the biggest popover I had ever seen. I was so impressed by the variety of goods served and the size of the portions. I came home with a package of Erik's fresh ground coffee and couldn't wait to try it this morning. I can see why 'Pie in the Sky' is so successful!!!! Good luck, Erik. I hope your coffee roaster will find a new, well deserved home. Wood's Hole is very lucky to have you!!!!
